Vermont State Police are seeking the publics help

BRIGHTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a Brighton home break-in suspect. On Sunday evening, Vermont State Police report they got a call from someone saying Ryan Powers, 26, of Island Pond, was trying to break into their apartment. When troopers arrived at the Railroad St. home, they found Powers had caused someone fear for their safety, and violated court-ordered conditions of release. Powers currently has seven unrelated arrest warrants, and his whereabouts are unknown. Anyone that knows where he is should call the Derby Barracks: 802-334-8881.
