LITTLETON — Through a new leadership model implemented at Littleton Water and Light, the three-member LWL commission has created the new positions of CEO and operations manager as the replacement for Tom Considine, the former LWL superintendent who retired on Dec. 31 after 28 years. Lori Hogan, the new CEO who has been with LWL for five years, said she will draw on her financial background, and Justen Elliott, the operations manager who has likewise been with LWL for five years, said he will draw on his engineering background. Hogan had previously been LWL’s chief financial officer and Elliott LWL’s line supervisor. Considine will stay with LWL part-time as a special projects coordinator.
