A year after being arrested, a Littleton man who was among three local residents charged in federal court for what police said was their involvement in a 15-person Massachusetts-based operation to traffic cocaine and fentanyl has announced his intent to plead guilty. Johnnie Boynton, 42, is scheduled to plead guilty on Nov. 4 at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years. As of Friday, the cases remained pending against co-conspirators Benjamin Conkright, 29, of Whitefield, and Aaron Loew, 45, of Littleton. Each is charged with conspiracy to distribute or possess with the intent to distribute controlled substances. According to federal prosecutors, the leader of the Lawrence, Mass.-based operation used a social media messaging application and other means to coordinate drug deals with customers in New Hampshire through “runners” in Massachusetts between October 2021 and August 2023.
