Allaire Health Services announced that Genesis owned facilities in Vermont will become part of the Allaire Health Services family. Among those acquired by Allaire is the St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. The others are in Springfield and Rutland. The St. Johnsbury location will be rebranded to become the St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. “We are very excited about adding these facilities to Allaire’s Vermont portfolio,” said Ben Kurland, LNHA, CDP, RACT-CT, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allaire Health Services. Allaire’s first facility in Vermont was The Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington; it was acquired in June 2021.
