A repeat offender on both sides

A repeat offender on both sides of the river will serve time in New Hampshire State Prison for selling fentanyl in Whitefield and Berlin, officials from the office of the New Hampshire Attorney General announced Wednesday. Mackenzie Bimpson, 26, whose most recent address is in Otisfield, Maine, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of sale of fentanyl. He was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in New Hampshire State Prison, though he could be released six months before the 2-year minimum upon successful completion of the FOCUS Unit substance abuse treatment program and other conditions.
