Coming across two people passed out March 26 in a vehicle on Fairgrounds Rd., in Bradford, with fentanyl allegedly in plain view, police arrested Lacey Paye, 33, of Groton, and Raymond Lacasse, 38, Groton/Ryegate. Paye’s vehicle was still displaying evidence tape from a recent search and drug seizure involving N.H. State Police. Paye and Lacasse were charged with fentanyl trafficking, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of crystal methamphetamine. They were cited into Orange County Court on May 28.
