The city of Manchester is working to free up affordable housing

MANCHESTER, N.H. — The city of Manchester is working to free up affordable housing for homeless women. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted last Tuesday to use $200,000 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to create eight new units. The mayor said those units will be made available to un-housed women for $800 per month per unit.
