LITTLETON — To better coordinate and prioritize major capital projects at the town and school levels while working to keep budgets and tax rates stable, community leaders are dusting off the town’s current capital improvements plan (CIP) and eyeing the formation of a new CIP committee. On Tuesday, members of the select and school boards, advisory town-school budget committee, planning board, and town manager met to discuss the formation, next steps, and potential tweaks to the existing plan. The idea follows a Jan. 23 joint meeting between the committee and select and school boards, when talks turned toward a capital improvements plan — the current one was adopted in 2022 and runs through 2027
